6 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon will start Wednesday’s contest versus the Brooklyn Nets, but is expected to be limited to around 24 minutes. Gordon’s return couldn’t have come at a better time with the loss of Danuel House to the G League and James Ennis to injury, the Rockets remain extremely thin on the wing. Even with that in mind, it appears Houston wants to ease Gordon back into action after his eight-game absence. Gordon went for 21 points against the Nets earlier this season and figures to shoot early and often again Wednesday despite his minutes cap.--Jesse Borek
