7 years agoOrlando Magic guard/forward Evan Fournier scored just 12 points in a loss to Houston on Tuesday. Fournier is the second leading scorer on the Magic, and with Aaron Gordon (hip) out, many expected Fournier to take the lion's share of the shots on Tuesday. The Frenchman didn't even lead the team in shot attempts, and finished sixth on the team in points. Fournier was 4-for-12 and spent most of the night chasing James Harden around, who finished with 60 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists. This is Fournier's first game scoring below 17 points in his last five outings, so more should be expected of him on Wednesday when Orlando hosts Los Angeles. There is a silver lining for fantasy owners as Fournier has scored 12 points or less in only seven games this season and is averaging nearly 20 points in the following contest.--Wai Sallas
