Evan Fournier Ties Career High With 12 Made Free Throws
5 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Evan Fournier led his squad with 19 points during Friday’s loss to the Toronto Raptors. The vast majority of his scoring was done at the free-throw stripe, where he went 12-for-14, tying his career high in makes. Even with Aaron Gordon back in the mix following an ankle injury, Fournier remained the team’s top scoring option, having now led Orlando in points in four of the last five games. He added six assists, four rebounds and two steals to his stat line, showcasing his immense short-term value as long as Nikola Vucevic remains sidelined.
