3 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Evan Longoria (hamstring) was lifted from Friday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers due to left hamstring tightness. Giants beat writer Maria I. Guardado reports that Longoria is being considered day-to-day. The oft-injured 36-year-old was 1-for-2 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in Friday's game before he was replaced by Donovan Walton. Longoria has appeared in just 25 games this year and he's slashing .237/.293/.487 with five home runs, 12 RBI and nine runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
