6 years agoFrancesco Molinari was not at his best last week at the WGC-Bridgestone. It was the Italian’s first appearance since winning the claret jug, and Molinari struggled to a total of one-over par. Molinari will now attempt to win his second successive major when he tees it up this week at the PGA Championship. In 2017, Molinari almost won the event before finishing runner-up. Over his previous 12 rounds, Molinari ranks first in both ball striking, and strokes gained approaching the green.--Gianni
