6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point/shooting guard Frank Jackson logged a new career high in scoring Monday versus the Memphis Grizzlies, finishing with 17 points in just 19 minutes of action. With E'Twaun Moore ruled out, Jackson saw an increased scoring role off the bench, finishing 7-for-10 from the field overall, including 3-for-5 from deep. Owners can wait to see if Jackson sees an uptick in minutes over the next handful of games, otherwise the backcourt of Jrue Holiday, Elfrid Payton and Tim Frazier may remain too crowded for Jackson to be a worthwhile wire add.--Jesse Borek
