5 years agoToronto Raptors guard Fred Vanvleet again was aggressive off the bench on Sunday when he posted 17 points on 7-for-17 shooting in the 109-104 Game 2 loss to the Warriors. VanVleet added three steals with four boards and two assists as he got some extra minutes (38) with Kyle Lowry in foul trouble for much of the night. VanVleet had many open looks from three that he could not capitalize on as he made just 2-for-8 from three, but he once again provided stellar defense on Stephen Curry when the Raptors' shifted to a box-and-one in order to slow down Curry. VanVleet is playing with a lot of confidence and he is hard to leave off your rosters at the moment.--Gianni Costantiello
