Gary Clark Plays 26 Minutes, Nene And Marquise Chriss Also Help
6 years agoHouston Rockets power forward Gary Clark scored eight points with three rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot across 26 minutes in Monday's 112-94 victory against the Memphis Grizzlies. Clark was seeing a huge bump in playing time with Clint Capela (thumb) sidelined. The North Carolinian hit 3-for-4 from the field, including 2-for-3 from behind the three-point line. He could be a sneaky short-term fantasy play in deeper leagues. Nene Hilario started, but managed just two points over 14 minutes, while Marquise Chriss played seven uneventful minutes while going scoreless. Clark is owned in less than five percent of all fantasy leagues, so get in on the ground floor now.
