Gary Trent Jr. Scores 19 Points In Game 6
3 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. finished with 19 points, two assists and one turnover in Thursday's 132-97 Game 6 loss against the Philadelphia 76ers. Trent Jr. shot 7-for-15 from the field, 2-for-6 from three-point range and 3-for-3 from the free-throw line in the contest. The entire Raptors team went cold from three-point range, shooting 7-for-35 overall from beyond the arc, for a mark of 20 percent. Trent Jr. had a terrific season in his first full year with the Raptors, as he provided early-round fantasy value across standard formats as a result of his scoring, great three-point shooting and improvement defensively as one of the NBA's leaders in steals per game. Trent Jr. will be a quality selection across all fantasy drafts in the fall.
