5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. has been ruled out for Wednesday’s contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a strained right hamstring. His absence marks his second straight game on the sidelines, with Kent Bazemore and Anfernee Simons seeing the majority of minutes on the wing in his stead. Trent has retained a consistent role as a reserve for Portland, albeit not one that has earned him fantasy consideration. Until Portland indicates that his status is on the upswing, owners can safely move on from him in any-sized format.--Jesse Borek
