Gary Woodland Not A Great Play At Riviera
4 years agoGary Woodland is set to make his first start at Riviera since 2016, and he does not have a whole lot of momentum entering the week. Woodland has missed the cut in four of eight starts this season and has notched just one top-25 finish. He ranks 27th on Tour in driving distance, but he has struggled mightily with accuracy. Woodland's iron play has been decent for the most part, but he has been exceptional in approaches from 175 to 200 yards. With that being said, he simply has not been consistent enough to be considered a reliable DFS option at Genesis.
