The 76ers were rumored to be interested in Raptors guard Kyle Lowry, though this deal all but removes them from consideration for the veteran guard's services. Hill brings a solid veteran presence to Philly, though he's missed the last two months of action while recovering from thumb surgery. The 34-year-old figures to have a role off the bench for the 76ers, though he'll be competing for minutes with the likes of Shake Milton and Tyrese Maxey.
