Giannis Antetokounmpo Opens Postseason With Double-Double
3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo opened his quest to repeat as an NBA champion with a solid 27-point, 16-rebound effort in Game 1 over Chicago. Antetokounmpo shot 10-for-19 overall and added three assists and two blocks, delivering his usual dominant production. Fantasy managers will want to keep an eye on the 6-for-11 effort from the free-throw line, a place where the two-time MVP struggled prior to Game 6 of the NBA Finals last year. As Chicago proved during four regular-season matchups, they don't have a stopper equipped to corral Antetokounmpo, which bodes well for his DFS appeal for the remainder of the first-round matchup.
