Giannis Antetokounmpo Out On Tuesday Evening
3 years agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) won't appear during the exhibition matchup against the Grizzlies. The Freak didn't travel to Memphis with the rest of the team as he continues to deal with lingering left knee soreness caused by a hyperextension sustained during the playoffs. With a shortened preseason, it's unlikely that the former MVP will see much action before the 2021 campaign officially begins, although he could get some minutes here or there. With Jrue Holiday (rest), Khris Middleton (hamstring), and Bobby Portis (hamstring) also out, Pat Connaughton, Grayson Allen, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo could get more minutes than expected on Tuesday night.
