5 years agoMilwaukee Bucks small/power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has picked up a questionable designation ahead of Sunday’s game versus the Phoenix Suns due to a sore left hamstring. Antetokounmpo left just prior to the conclusion of Friday’s contest, which could mean that Milwaukee -- who has been uber-cautious with the reigning MVP this season -- may opt to hold him out. Ersan Ilyasova has starred this year when Antetokounmpo has been absent, although many of the Bucks’ other key players also would be in line to see an increased role.
