Giannis Antetokounmpo Scores 14 Points In Fourth To Lead Bucks Past Hornets
6 years agoMilwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo tallied 14 points, six rebounds, three blocks, and one steal in the fourth quarter of the Bucks 108-99 come-from-behind victory over the Hornets on Friday. Antetokounmpo finished the contest with 34 points on 14-for-21 shooting from the field, including 0-for-2 from the three-point line, and 6-for-8 from the charity stripe. He added 14 rebounds, three assists, three blocks, and three steals for his 33rd double-double of the campaign. The 24-year-old was fantastic on both ends of the court down the stretch, compiling six points, four rebounds and a block over the final 6:30 as the Bucks, who trailed by three points, outscored the Hornets 17-5. Antetokounmpo will look to extend his streak of accumulating either a double-double or triple-double to six games in a row on Sunday against the Thunder.
