The multi-time MVP tweaked his ankle, forcing him to exit the game in the third quarter. Nevertheless, Greece head coach Dimitris Itoudis wasn't concerned, indicating Antetokounmpo received ice and treatment. However, fantasy managers should take notice, primarily since the 27-year-old has also dealt with back and knee injuries this summer.
