3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Glenn Otto had a rough rehab outing at Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday. He pitched 2 2/3 innings and allowed six hits, two walks and four runs (three earned) while striking out three. Otto was placed on the COVID-19 injured list nearly two weeks ago and Tuesday's outing was his first rehab start since the roster move. The 26-year-old had been pitching well prior to landing on the COVID-19 injured list. In his last four starts with the Rangers, he had two quality starts and allowed two or less earned runs in each of his four outings. He may require one more rehab start before joining the rotation, but either way his return to the team shouldn't be too far off.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
