3 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Gleyber Torres went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Saturday's loss to the Boston Red Sox. Torres got the scoring started for New York in the fourth inning, driving a 1-1 Eduardo Rodriguez fastball 418 feet into left field for his third long ball of the year. The 24-year-old hit the ball at an exit velocity of 104.8 MPH. Torres later added an RBI on a foul ball out for his third run driven in of the night. The home run snapped a 13-game streak without one, so it was a welcome sight for fantasy managers. He may not reach the highs of his 38-homer campaign from 2019, though Torres should be able to produce like a solid, four-category player the rest of the way.--Tim Capurso
