4 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Gleyber Torres went 4-for-4 with a walk and a two-run home run against the Indians and ace Shane Bieber in Game 1 of their wild-card series on Tuesday. Torres had been heating up towards the end of the season with an .842 OPS in September, and that hot streak appears to have carried into the postseason with his strong Tuesday performance. Torres has been one of baseball’s best offensive middle infielders with an .849 OPS and 62 home runs between 2018 and 2019, and fantasy managers should expect the 23-year-old to continue playing well through the rest of the playoffs.--Sam Chinitz
