Golden State Eyes Roster Continuity For 2022-23
3 years agoIn the wake of winning their fourth NBA championship in the past eight seasons, the Golden State Warriors are seeking more. General manager Bob Myers made it clear that he wants to bring the same club back for the 2022-23 season, although that will be complicated by free agency. The trio of Gary Payton II, Otto Porter Jr. and Kevon Looney headline a seven-man Warriors free-agent group that could draw some interest in the open market, making a return to the Bay Area complicated. Andre Iguodala, Damion Lee and Juan Toscano-Anderson also figure to garner some outside interest, as Golden State will have to figure out how best to supplement its superstars with key role players who are fresh off winning a ring.
