6 years agoBoston Celtics forward Gordon Hayward led all players in scoring Saturday against the Minnesota Timberwolves despite coming off the bench. Hayward totaled a season-high 30 points on 8-for-16 shooting from the field and a perfect 10-for-10 from the line in 30 minutes. Hayward also flirted with a triple-double by adding nine rebounds, eight assists, four three-pointers and two steals. Hayward has been largely a disappointment this season, but owners who stuck with him so far were rewarded heavily with this one. This performance also came on Hayward's first time playing both games in a back-to-back set this season, so it is safe to assume he will have no restrictions moving forward.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
