4 years agoBoston Celtics forward Gordon Hayward will reportedly get the deadline for him to make a decision on his player option extended. The option is worth $34.2 million, so it'd be surprising to see Hayward decline that offer. He won't get anywhere near that kind of money in free agency, especially with his injury history. Hayward will get until Thursday evening to decide what he wants to do. The Celtics have reportedly received plenty of interest regarding Hayward's availability.
