5 years agoBoston Celtics guard/forward Gordon Hayward finished with 25 points on 8-for-15 shooting from the field and 9-for-11 from the free throw line in Wednesday's 107-93 loss to the 76ers. The 29-year-old added five rebounds, two assists, and a turnover through 35 minutes of action, with no three-point attempts. Hayward is coming off a season in which he averaged 11.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.4 assists with his contributions coming mainly with a bench role, so the effective performance in the starting lineup was a positive sign for fantasy owners.
