4 years agoCharlotte Hornets small forward Gordon Hayward was in great form on Sunday, helping the team beat Brooklyn with a 28-point performance. He shot 12-for-20 from the field and 2-for-3 from outside, adding seven assists, six rebounds, and one steal. The former Celtic has now produced two 28-point performances in the first three games of the season, and he has also dished out seven assists in all of the outings. It hasn't taken any time at all for him to adjust to his new team, and he should enjoy the next couple of games as well, with Charlotte getting ready to face Dallas and Memphis.
