5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Gorgui Dieng put together a very good line in Monday's overtime win against Brooklyn, finishing the game with 11 points, 20 rebounds, three steals, two assists, and one block. His 4-for-11 shooting was far from impressive, but it was another solid performance as a starter. Dieng has done a good job filling in for Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) in recent weeks, averaging a double-double and picking up some good defensive stats as well. It's uncertain when Towns will be back, so the Senegalese big man could get a couple of more starts this week in a pair of good matchups for bigs against Milwaukee and Golden State.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
