4 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard Hamidou Diallo enjoyed his best game of the season, as he posted a 23-point double-double in a victory over New York. Diallo played a season-high 29 minutes with starting guard Luguentz Dort struggling with his shot. The 22-year-old made the most of his minutes, shooting an efficient 61.5 percent from the field. It's unlikely that Dort lost his starting job after one poor performance, though there's a chance that Diallo earned more playing time with his strong performance. He'll be worth monitoring in a Sunday matchup with the Nets, a middle-of-the-pack defensive team so far.--Tim Capurso
