3 years agoHarris English plays golf like a yo-yo. He can be so great at times and then just be so-so too many others. The past two weeks have been the case of the so-so's. English just could not make enough birdies at two more wide-open tournaments. By the time, the American got going last week, it was far too late. A 65 looks great but when it is preceded by a 69-70-71, then it really is not. English ranks tenth in putting at 0.569 strokes gained but has been closer to average over the past several weeks. He has to putt well and strike the ball just well enough to contend. That has been too much of an issue lately. Until English shows that US Open/Travelers ability again, it is hard to trust his golf game right now. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
