4 years agoHarris English will make his ninth career start at the Farmers Insurance Open, and he has posted some inconsistent results. He has a runner-up finish and a couple other top-15 finishes but has also finished outside the top-40 twice and missed a cut. English is playing great so far this season with a win and four other top-10 finishes in eight starts. He has a very good short game and is also good enough off the tee. One of the only concerning parts of his game is that he ranks just 102nd in strokes gained approaching the green. However, he has built up solid momentum and should be poised for another strong outing.--Connor Wege
