6 years agoDallas Mavericks forward Harrison Barnes (hamstring) could miss the season opener while he continues nursing a hamstring issue. Barnes will need to get significant practice in this week if he wants to be ready by the opener, according to head coach Rick Carlisle. There have been no updates about Barnes, so it's safe to assume that he's not ready to practice. Dorian Finney-Smith could end up starting a few games to begin the regular season.
