Harrison Barnes Matches Career High With Seven Triples
6 years agoDallas Mavericks small forward/power forward Harrison Barnes scored 25 points on 8-for-11 from the field and 7-for-9 from three-point land in Monday's loss to the Thunder. He added five rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 29 minutes. The seven triples matched a career high, and he is now averaging 3.6 three-pointers at a 54.45 clip over the last five games. Barnes has topped the 20-point mark in three of his previous five games, averaging 21 points along with 4.2 rebounds and one steal while shooting 50 percent from the field during this stretch. The 26-year-old will look to extend his streak of at least one three-pointer to six games in a row against a Hornets team on Wednesday that has allowed 20.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and five assists to opposing small forwards over the last 10 contests.
