Whiteside posted a 24-point, 14-rebound double-double with two steals and three blocks in just 25 minutes. Whiteside navigated the paint with ease, leading to him shooting a blistering 76.9 percent from the field. Whiteside and Miami will turn around and travel to face Marcin Gortat and the Washington Wizards on Tuesday. The Wizards are giving up the fourth most points in the league to opposing centers this season and in the two games Whiteside has faced them, he averaged 18.0 points and 18.5 rebounds.
