6 years agoMiami Heat center Hassan Whiteside nearly posted a double-double in just 23 minutes of action on Wednesday when he scored eight points and hauled in 12 rebounds. Whiteside connected on half of his eight shot attempts and did not attempt a free throw while chipping in a single block. This game was over quite early, but once again, Bam Adebayo played more minutes (25) than the veteran big man. On the positive side, Whiteside was a plus-10, which was second best for the Heat starters on the night. Owners need to hang in there as he is still posting mid-round numbers in his limited minutes.--Gianni Costantiello
