6 years agoMiami Heat center Hassan Whiteside collected his second double-double of the season with 11 points and 15 rebounds against the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday night. It was his fourth straight regular season game dating back to last year of at least 10 rebounds. Whiteside finished the game just three of six from the field, as he was once again plagued by foul trouble, although he was five of eight from the charity stripe, with both free-throw totals being season highs. Expect the 29-year-old to continue to be a monster on the boards as well as being one of the best rim protectors in the game going forward. While the sixth-year pro will likely eventually get his shooting percentage numbers up to around his career average, he will never provide fantasy owners with consistent high-scoring games or assist totals.--Daniel Benjamin
