5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside continued his bounce-back season on Wednesday against the Washington Wizards and tallied double-digit points and rebounds for the 11th straight game. Whiteside played 35 minutes and produced 24 points, 16 rebounds, four blocks, and two assists in a dominating performance. The former-Miami big man now has 48 double-doubles on the year and ranks as the No. 2 center in fantasy heading into the final month of the regular season. He leads the league with 3.1 blocks per game, and that increased production is what will make him an early-round pick in drafts next season.--Euan Leith
