6 years agoMiami Heat center Hassan Whiteside was good for 13 points, 16 rebounds and three blocked shots in just 24 minutes in Sunday's 106-97 road victory against the New York Knicks. He went 6-for-10 from the field and he added two assists with a plus-24 rating. His minutes were down a bit as he was limited by the referee's whistle, picking up for personal fouls in rather short order. He's back, posting three straight double-doubles, averaging 16.3 points, 15.0 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots per game while shooting 66.7 percent (22-for-33) from the floor during the stretch. The Heat face a three-game week kicking off on Wednesday against the lowly Chicago Bulls.--Daniel Dobish
