6 years agoHideki Matsuyama produced a strong display last week at the Wyndham Championship. Matsuyama finished the event T11, and he will be very encouraged by his weekend showing where he shot rounds of 64 and 65. Matsuyama’s iron play was excellent over the four days. Matsuyama gained over seven strokes over the field for strokes gained approaching the green. It was Matsuyama’s best performance with his irons since the 2017 Phoenix Open. Matsuyama will be in action this week at the Northern Trust.--Gianni
