5 years agoKansas City Royals third baseman Hunter Dozier ended a bit of a home run drought on Wednesday, hitting his 23rd home run of the season and first since August 11. He went 2-for-4 in the game and had three RBI. Despite cooling off since his hot start to the season, Dozier is still having a very solid 2019. He is slashing .282/.359/.542 with 23 home runs, 73 RBI and 62 runs over 111 games on the year. His 92.0 exit velocity is elite, while he also boasts a sturdy hard-hit rate (44.2%) and launch angle (16.8) on the season.
