7 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Ian Kennedy will start Thursday in Camden Yards. Kennedy has been solid to start 2018, he currently has a 2.92 ERA with 35 strikeouts in 37 innings. However, Kennedy has really struggled in his two starts in Baltimore, giving up 11 earned runs in just 9 2/3 innings. Those stats are a little deceiving, as the first of those starts way all the way back in 2008. The second start was last season and Kennedy surrendered four runs in just four innings. Baltimore can be a really tough place to pitch and therefore, I would avoid using Kennedy in DFS or shallow formats on Thursday.--Ben Rolfe
