6 years agoPhoenix Suns point guard Isaiah Canaan saw just 24 minutes during Saturday’s loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Canaan may still be a starter, but the Suns are clearly comfortable allowing Devin Booker to see ample time at the point guard spot as well, putting a cap on any momentum that Canaan had as a fantasy commodity as recently as a few weeks ago. He finished with eight points and two assists Saturday, but most troubling, had an even minutes split with veteran Jamal Crawford off the bench. It’s likely time to drop anchor on Canaan with rough outings in four of his last five games.--Jesse Borek
