5 years agoUtah Jazz point/shooting guard Isaiah Cousins is back around for another stint with the club’s Summer League squad and went for 12 points on 5-for-14 shooting during Monday’s opener against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Jazz shot 4-for-24 from deep as a team, with two of those makes coming from Cousins. Even with the addition of Mike Conley to the mix in Utah, Cousins is aiming to snag a roster spot in the wake of Raul Neto’s release. Cousins has bounced around the G League and international ranks since being selected in the second round of the 2016 NBA Draft, and is off to a solid start to his summer campaign in ‘19.--Jesse Borek
