7 years agoThe Cleveland Cavaliers will rest point guard Isaiah Thomas Thursday night against the Toronto Raptors. Thomas recently came back from a hip injury which sidelined him for most of the season, and he appears to have a day off Thursday. The Cavs will likely start point guard Jose Calderon while Dwyane Wade and Lebron James will have more ball-handling duties. For DFS contests, look for Toronto Raptors point guard Delon Wright, as Cleveland has been very poor defending point guards without Thomas.
