5 years agoPoint guard Isaiah Thomas will be joining his seventh NBA franchise, as the veteran has agreed to sign a one-year deal with the Washington Wizards, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Thomas joins a Wizards club that saw last season’s primary point guard, Tomas Satoransky, agree to a deal with the Chicago Bulls. As John Wall continues his recovery from a torn Achilles tendon which has his availability for the 2019-20 campaign in question, the addition of Thomas gives Washington a former two-time All-Star who is looking to reclaim his elite status. Should Thomas prove to be healthy, he could bounce back in a significant way from a fantasy perspective.--Jesse Borek
