6 years agoDetroit Pistons point guard Ish Smith came close to a perfect shooting night on Wednesday, going 8-for-10 from the field against Minnesota to finish with 19 points. He added five rebounds, five assists, and one steal to his fantasy line in 27 minutes off the bench. Starting point guard Reggie Jackson played only 20 minutes and recorded just six points. Smith has been lights out this month so far, shooting 68 percent from the field. The improved shooting had led to some extra playing time, as he's gotten at least 20 minutes in five of the last six games. The Pistons have a back-to-back set against the Bulls next, which should suit Smith, who's averaged 13.5 points on 47.8 percent shooting against them this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
