6 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard J.J. Barea needed just 18 minutes to record a double-double against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. It’s the third double-double off the bench this season for Barea, who finished with 13 points and 12 assists, while also adding three rebounds for good measure. Despite averaging fewer than 20 minutes per game, you can make a case for rostering Barea due to his consistent production; through play Wednesday, he is averaging 11.0 points and 6.2 assists per game this season.--Jesse Borek
