J.J. Redick Bottled Up From Long Range
6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard J.J. Redick scuffled from the field during Monday’s loss to his former squad, the Orlando Magic. Redick finished just 2-for-10 overall, including 1-for-7 from behind the arc en route to an eight-point performance. In the three games since Redick’s first career double-double, he has combined for three rebounds, having notched zero Monday. Expect him to keep firing at will from deep, although he squares off with the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday, whom he has shot 3-for-18 against from long range this season and are tied for the league’s best mark (with Philly, ironically enough) in limiting opposing three-point shooters to 33.9 percent on the year.
