J.J. Redick Drains Six Triples During 26-Point Outing
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans shooting guard J.J. Redick wasn’t even guaranteed to suit up for Sunday’s win over the Golden State Warriors, but upon taking the floor, he knocked down six threes en route to scoring a season-high 26 points. With the Pelicans severely short-handed due to injury, Redick took center stage with his one-game absence not appearing to affect him. The sharpshooter has now averaged 22.8 points per contest over his last four games, having hit a combined 21 threes in those outings. He next faces Portland on Tuesday and will draw considerable DFS attention should the team’s injury report remain heavily populated.
