J.J. Redick Logs Full Practice, Mavs Debut Could Come Soon
4 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard/small forward J.J. Redick (heel) was able to practice in full Saturday, potentially paving the way for the veteran to make his team debut with Dallas come Monday versus Philadelphia. Redick has uncharacteristically struggled from deep this season, shooting a career-low 36.4 percent en route to just a 8.7 PPG average. Traditionally targeted primarily in categories formats for his marksmanship, how Redick will fit the Mavs' rotation remains unclear. Tim Hardaway Jr. and Trey Burke stand to see slight offensive decreases with Redick in the mix, but fantasy managers will want to check back to see when the veteran is officially cleared for action.
