J.J. Redick Ties Season High With 26-Point Effort
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans shooting guard J.J. Redick scorched the nets the last time that he faced the Phoenix Suns back on Nov. 21, and Thursday’s overtime loss was no different. Redick tied the season high that he collected the last time that the two teams met, going for 26 points on 7-for-11 shooting overall Thursday. With five makes from long range, he has now hit multiple threes in 13 consecutive outings, all of which have seen him finish in double figures. After some early season fluctuations with his role, Redick is as dangerous as ever, averaging 3.5 made triples per game -- seventh in the league -- which puts him on pace for a new career high.
