4 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant scored 28 points on 12-for-16 shooting in Tuesday's loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. He added in eight assists as well while shooting 1-for-3 from three. In addition, Morant grabbed seven rebounds and turned the ball over six times. On Wednesday, he'll face the Thunder, who allow the ninth-most points and 14th-most assists per game in the NBA. Morant has only scored 20 or more points four times this season, but with two of those coming in the past three games, it looks like Morant could be trending towards being close to a 20-point, 10-assist guy on a nightly basis.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
